PLEDGE
PRE-LAUNCH

A charity launchpad on Robinhood Chain · built on pons

Every trade
keeps a promise.

Launch a coin on pons and pledge its creator fees to a real nonprofit. The pledge is sealed at launch. It cannot be lowered, redirected, or revoked. Fees are harvested on-chain and split by the vault; the pledged share is converted and donated through The Giving Block, with every step recorded.

The board opens at zero. Nothing has launched yet, so every figure up there is real, which today means none. When the first coin goes live, the board starts counting. It will never show a number that didn't happen.

Make a pledge

One decision matters here: how much of your coin's creator fees go to the cause. Everything you seal below is permanent.

100%

From 25 to 100. At 100 the coin carries the EVERY CENT chip.

Preflight

The button stays off until every light is green. We will not let you pay a launch fee on a transaction that was always going to fail.

The route the money takes

Five steps, each one on-chain or receipted. No step is discretionary.

  1. 01

    Launch

One transaction. The PLEDGE factory launches your coin on pons, deploys its vault, and seals the fee route to it before the transaction ends. The factory is the coin's deployer and has no way to re-point the route, so neither do you, and neither do we.

  2. 02

    Fees accrue

Every trade pays the pool's 1.00% fee. The creator share flows to the vault automatically. Nobody has to remember to do the right thing.

  3. 03

    Harvest

Anyone can call harvest. The vault pulls accrued fees from the pons locker and splits every asset it holds by the sealed percentage. Permissionless, so the flow cannot be stalled by us going quiet.

  4. 04

    Convert

The pledged share lands at the settlement desk, which converts it to dollars. Gas, swap and bridge costs come out of the flow here, and all are reported per batch.

  5. 05

    Settle

Batches reach the nonprofit through The Giving Block's donation rails. The receipt lands on the ledger next to the batch it closes.

The board

Every live coin, its cause, and what it has raised. Updated from chain reads, never from a spreadsheet.

CoinCausePledge To cause · WETHTo creator · WETHStatus

Coins appear here the moment they go live. Until then the table stays empty rather than filling up with demo rows.

The causes

Real nonprofits, reachable through The Giving Block's donation infrastructure. Pick one at launch; the vault remembers it forever.

Nonprofits listed here are supported via The Giving Block. Listing does not imply that any nonprofit or The Giving Block endorses PLEDGE.

The ledger

Every settlement batch, published in full. This is what a batch entry carries when the first one closes.

Batch
Sequential id, opening and closing block
Harvest tx
The on-chain call that swept the vaults
Swap out
USDC received at market rate
Bridge cost
Reported per batch, deducted before fiat
Gas
Reported per batch, deducted before fiat
Net fiat
What the nonprofit actually receives
Receipt
The Giving Block confirmation for the batch
AWAITING FIRST BATCH

The ledger is empty because nothing has settled. It fills in public, batch by batch, deductions included. If a number ever looks worse than you hoped, it is because it is true.

Plain terms

The honest print, kept large. If any of this surprises you later, we wrote it here first.

  1. Pre-launch. The vault contracts are written but not deployed, and no coin has launched. Every figure on this site is zero because that is the truth, and none of it is demo data.
  2. Not a donation in your name. Batches settle through The Giving Block with the PLEDGE settlement wallet as the donor of record. Trading a coin on PLEDGE is not a tax-deductible donation by you.
  3. Costs come out first. Gas and bridge costs are paid from the flow before the nonprofit receives fiat. Both are reported per batch on the ledger.
  4. A percentage is a parameter, not a promise of size. The pledge percent fixes how creator fees split. It says nothing about how much anyone will trade.
  5. The venue is pons. Pool fee 1.00%, creator share 70%, fixed supply, graduation rules and launch fee are pons's terms, read live at launch time.
  6. No affiliations claimed. PLEDGE is independent. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Robinhood Chain, pons, The Giving Block, or any listed nonprofit.
  7. Not investment advice. Coins launched here are memecoins with a charity routing parameter. They can go to zero. The pledge changes where fees go, not what a coin is.
  8. What the chain enforces, and what it cannot. The split percentage, the cause binding, and the fee route are contract code with no admin key. Converting the pledged share and donating it through The Giving Block is desk work, done off-chain and reported on the ledger, batch by batch.
  9. Unaudited. The vault contracts have not had an external audit yet. That line will be updated when it stops being true, and not before.
