If a vault is holding fees, anyone with a wallet can push them to the cause, including you. That is what the Sweep button on a row calls: the vault's harvest(), which pulls the coin's accrued fees out of the pons locker and splits them at the sealed percentage. We are not a required participant in our own product.
Fees normally sit in the pons locker rather than in the vault, so a balance read alone would hide the case the button exists for. Each row simulates the locker's collect call from the vault's own address to learn what a harvest would actually pull right now. A zero here means a zero on-chain.
A row reads SEALED when the pons locker still points that coin's fees at its PLEDGE vault. It would read ROUTE MOVED if it did not. The factory is the coin's deployer of record and exposes no second redirect path, so this column exists to prove the claim rather than to ask you to take it. The route in full.
